There is a common Luxembourgish saying that goes: "Vun der Long op d'Zong!“ - (trans.: from lung to the tongue); and that is exactly what Luxembourg's hip hop artist BC One is all about - spitting without hesitation and whatever's weighing on his mind. Hailing from the dirty south of Luxembourg, his lyrics are inspired by his everyday life, community, and environment. Although having a tight musical foothold in boom bap hip hop, his influential taste often derives into the roots of reggae music. BC One was one of two frontmen in 'Make Some Noize‘, until he started focusing on a solo career. He eventually joined the rap crew 'Minetter Lausbouwen' along with Luxembourgish artists Maka MC, David Fluit (De Läb) & DJ BTM, he released a Mixtape 'Session 1-5' and an EP ‚Deen ee Moment' in collaboration with Luxembourgish artist APE. Since more than ten years he is inspiring and moving people with his energy and played already as support act for Onyx, The Pharcyde, R.A. the Rugged Man, L’Entourloop, Ocean Wisdom and many more. In 2024, BC One released his debut solo album 'Roude Buedem' which was enthusiastically received and solidified his place in Luxembourg’s hip-hop scene. HIP HOP STRAIGHT AUS DEM MINETT !
